In our over 25 years of combined experience in the Human Resources (HR) space we have come to some conclusions. HR is not about training. HR is not about recruitments. HR is not about compensation surveys and salary fitments. HR is not about organisational change. And HR is certainly not about policies, procedures and computer systems.
To us at Vanilla Sky and within our group companies which have the capability to deliver to specific service and products , HR at the end of the day, is singularly about livelihoods. HR is about the choices that you make as an individual from the time you are a teen, and then pretty much at different stages across your life, no matter what your age, your current occupation or your current status.
